In preparation for Jane & Toms wedding we recently photographed their Engagement Shoot at The Haycock Hotel in Wansford (Nr Stamford). The gardens and adjacent river Nene were in their full autumnal glory and even though it was a damp and cold day we showed Jane & Tom all the areas that we could exploit on their big day.

Engagement shoots at the wedding venue is a great opportunity for us to discuss in detail how the photography can work on the day. After the shoot the client can leave relaxed in the knowledge that they understand what to expect from us during the course of the day, where we will be photographing and that posing isn’t really that hard with some clear direction from us.

Having said that is was clear within the first few minutes that Jane & Tom were going to be star models. Very relaxed in front of the lens with some lovely natural smiles and giggles. Role on the 3rd December :)
