Event photography is all about bringing the studio to you.

If you are planning a Prom, Black-tie, Sports event or simply a party, we can bring a studio and on-site printing service to you, providing an opportunity for guests to have a professional portrait taken, which will be available for purchase during the evening.

We can usually offer this service FREE (depending on the number guests) with guests only purchasing the shots if they like what they see. If the event is for a charity we can also offer a commission back to the organisers to help raise funds for you.

Ideally we need an area of 4.5m x 5m to erect our full studio which includes backdrop and lighting. If this is not available we may need to visit the venue before accepting a booking.

To provide this service for Outside Events we have a purpose equipped event van. With is own power supply we are able to process and print the photos wherever the event is being held. The photos will then be available for viewing and purchase from the serving area of the van.

For corporate events we can offer the same print-on-site service, or, images on CD for use in your own publications for a fixed fee based upon number of hours at the event.
